Just to make sure...

Can I arrive anytime I want?

Yes. Because we don’t want you to get to the guesthouse huffing and puffing, no need to rush; relax, enjoy.. Your experience at Moona starts the minute you book with us. If your arrival time is between X and X we will welcome you there and then. If it’s later, then our intelligent access system will also welcome you, everything smooth and easy. And we will see you tomorrow!

Is breakfast included when booking a room?

We want you to start your day with energy! That's why, although it's optional, each room is equipped with a kitchen featuring a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishes, and cutlery. Everything is ready for you to prepare breakfast each morning at your convenience.

Where can I have breakfast?

Your room has modular furniture where you can sit down and eat. However, if you wish, the rooftop is a beautiful and perfect communal space to share a nice breakfast.

Am I close to the sea?

YES. You are literally there. A few metres away from the beach, the promenade seafront, and the port. A real bonus.

Are there bars and restaurants close by?

YES. The beautiful seafront promenade is only a few steps away from the guesthouse. There are plenty of places where you can have a beer, a glass of wine, a soft drink, a cocktail, an appetiser... At midday or early evening, you can also have something to eat in any of the restaurants just opposite the beach. Isn’t it wonderful? On the other side, and also just a few steps away, you have the historic town of Altea; stunning, full of magic. Gastronomy made for all appetites and styles; lunch or dinner. It is worth it.

Do I need to drive to get to places?

Everything you need (sea, beach, seafront promenade, port, restaurants and bars, historic town centre, shops, crafts, supermarkets) is very close to Moona. You can forget about the car and enjoy a stroll.

Where can I park my car?

There is a free public car park nearby and another one (indoor, paying) very close too.

How many rooms does the guesthouse have?

Moona is an intimate guesthouse, cosy, nice and special; there are five rooms. It allows us to build a much closer and personal relationship with our clients to make them feel unique. That is our purpose.

Can I book directly with Moona?

Through our website or via whatsapp (you will find it on the website).

Would Moona recommend us any restaurant, places to visit or plans to make in Altea?

Sure. Gladly; we love the area and we know it well.

I want to surprise my partner, could it be arranged?

Can I take my pets?

We’re pet-friendly! At Moona, we understand that pets are part of the family. We welcome small and medium-sized furry friends. Please inform us in advance to ensure a comfortable stay and a restful experience for everyone😉.

Is there a lift at Moona?

NO. We like dynamic people. It’s only a few steps to get to your room.

Is WiFi available to check our devices such as the mobile phone, tablet or computer?

Indeed. Of course! The network is there for you to use while you are staying at Moona.
